Past responsibilities include: Vice President, Market Management-MCI Business Markets; President, Chief Operating Officer, KN Services, a 3.6B operating division of KN Energy; President, Chief Executive Officer, Aerie Networks; and President, Chief Executive Officer.
DENNIS ROBBINS, PhD - Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Robbins has over thirty years of experience in executive positions in technology-related industries. For the past decade, he has been actively involved in technology-based start-up companies, with a focus on commercialization of university research, venture-capital funding, and government research funding to small businesses. He previously held a variety of executive roles during 24 years at Texas Instruments, including Vice President for worldwide manufacturing operations for TI’s analog and mixed-signal products.
DR. OREN ELIEZER, PhD - Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Eliezer has over twenty years of experience in the design and productization of digital communications systems and chips for telecom and wireless applications, both as a co-founder at Butterfly Communications and at Texas Instruments, which acquired Butterfly in 1999. He has authored/coauthored thirty journal/conference papers on communication system design and productization, given over fifteen invited public tutorials, seminars and talks, and is author/coauthor of 29 patents and patents-pending.
BILL BERKOWITZ - Vice President of Sales
Bill has over thirty years of high-tech sales experience including Regional Vice President positions at MCI and Verizon. Bill earned a bachelors degree in Mathematics from UCLA and his career has featured positions in technical consulting and marketing in addition to global sales and service executive leadership.
MARY COOLEY - Vice President of Marketing
Mary has over twenty five years experience in high tech including executive positions in engineering and marketing management. Her background includes computer system development, VLSI design, power, and communications system design management as well as the development of and teaching leadership and mentoring programs.
NAOFAL AL-DHAHIR, PhD - Senior Technology Advisor
Dr. Al-Dhahir is a Professor of Electrical Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas and an IEEE Fellow. Dr. Al-Dhahir has served as a senior member of the technical staff in the Communications Program at General Electric Corporate Research and Development Center and principal member of technical staff at AT&T Shannon Laboratory. He currently directs the Broadband Information Transmission & Signal processing (BITS) Laboratory at UTD.
